So this wasn't the most wonderful run of the week. I cursed the timer for not counting faster, I tired easily, my abdomen was on fire and I barely managed to complete 2 minutes running in the third and fourth routines.
I did manage to complete 6 minutes in the first routine but after that, my body decided to give up on me. I was in a real foul mood so I got increasingly annoyed at my inability to run.
I hope today is a better run.
